Abercrombie & Fitch launches limited-edition capsule collection with HFR designer Nicole Benefield
Abercrombie & Fitch has launched a new limited-edition capsule collection designed together with Harlem’s Fashion Row (HFR) designer Nicole Benefield.
The capsule collection, featuring 26 pieces across men’s and women’s, was inspired by the vibrant energy of New York City. Offering a mix of versatile neutral essentials, and statement pieces, the new capsule collection from the US fashion retailer includes tops, bottoms, knitwear, and reversible outerwear.
“Nicole’s ability to reimagine Abercrombie through her spectacularly talented creative lens has delivered a collection that is nothing short of inspired,” sad Carey Collins Krug, Abercrombie & Fitch Co.’s chief marketing officer, on the collaboration in a statement. “The collaborative process to bring this collection to life was just as spectacular.”

Each item in the capsule collection showcases Benefield’s signature color blocking, monochromatic styling, and the elevated style of Abercrombie & Fitch.
“Collaborating with Abercrombie in bringing this collection to life has been incredible. We have a common philosophy that people should feel confident and comfortable in styles that are of the moment, which is at the core of this collection,” said Nicole Benefield in a statement.
A Brooklyn-born designer and Parsons graduate, Benefield’s designs are driven by emotion and focus on form wearability and seek to withstand the test of time. Launching her eponymous label in 2020, she has presented her collection with HFR during New York Fashion Week over the past two years.
“Her profound vision for women’s fashion is both clear and inspiring,” said Brandice Daniel, CEO and founder of Harlem’s Fashion Row, in a statement. “We were thrilled to unite her talents with Abercrombie & Fitch.”
The Abercrombie & Fitch x Nicole Benefield collection launch was marked with an event hosted at Lavan Chelsea during the first week of October. Limited-edition, the capsule collection is available in an inclusive size range for both men’s and women’s online and in selected stores.
