Nagnata to host debut pop-up in New York City during NYFW

Australian luxury lifestyle brand Nagnata is set to host its first-ever pop-up store in New York City simultaneously with New York Fashion Week.

Running from September 3 to September 15, the pop-up store at Sommwhere on 48 Ludlow Street, offers US shoppers the opportunity to experience and engage in Nagnata’s curated collections in person. As the brand’s debut stand-alone retail space in the US, the pop-up aims to offer shoppers with an immersive shopping experience.

Set to feature art installations and live performances, encapsulating the brand’s connection to the arts, the pop-up will showcase Nagnata’s collections while bringing its core values to life. Renowned for its high-quality, natural fiber knitwear, all of Nagnata’s pieces are created with a zero-waste approach using artisanal handcraft techniques and modern innovation.

Nagnata, founded by sisters Laura May and Hannah Gibbs, combines Laura’s fashion design and creative direction expertise with Hannah’s textile art and photography background to create a contemporary knitwear aesthetic. The lifestyle brand aims to promote sustainability in fashion through fair trade, community-focused initiatives, and a commitment to integrating dance, yoga, and mindful practices from both Eastern and Western cultures.
