Kizik opens two new stores as it expands US retail footprint

Hands-free footwear brand Kizik is expanding its retail footprint in the United States with the opening of two new stores in the Mall of America and the King of Prussia.

The first of the two retail locations to open is in the Mall of America, Minnesota, the largest shopping mall in the US. Officially opening its doors to the public on May 17, the new 1,645-square-foot store is designed to help customers learn more about Kizik’s exclusive technologies.

The second store is set to open in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, on June 14 as part of the brand’s wider brick-and-mortar retail expansion strategy. Spanning 1,812 square feet, it will include an all-glass entry and be the brand’s first permanent location on the East Coast.

“Mall of America and King of Prussia are iconic shopping destinations,” said Monte Deere, CEO of Kizik, in a statement. “When we observed the incredible consumer reception of our first store in Fashion Place Mall last year, we knew it was important to us to open more physical retail locations as part of our long-term growth strategy.”

“We are excited to provide additional points of entry in Mall of America and King of Prussia for new adopters to experience the magic of Kizik. The feeling people have when they first try on our shoes is not something that can be replicated online.”

Kizik’s new stores at Mall of America and King of Prussia feature a concept developed in collaboration with design firm MG2 that aims to provide a sensory-rich fit experience to customers while showcasing the brand’s essence. Each location includes an in-store try-on area, where customers can step into a pair of Kizik and discover firsthand the brand’s hands-free innovations.

Both new stores will feature Kizik’s complete range of men’s, women’s, and kids’ shoes, with new styles set to be introduced throughout the year.
