Tailored Brands announces board expansion and succession plan

Tailored Brands has strengthened its board with the appointment of Julie B. Rosen and Lewis L. (Lee) Bird III, effective March 2025.

Bringing nearly seven decades of combined retail and business expertise, they will contribute to the company’s growth strategy.

Rosen’s 30 year career includes leadership roles at major retailers like The Gap, Ann Inc., and Bath & Body Works, and recent experience as a president with P&L responsibility.

Bird, with over 35 years of experience, most recently served as chairman and CEO of At Home Group, and previously held senior positions at Nike, Gap, and Old Navy.

Additionally, in a planned succession, Sean Mahoney, currently chair of the nominating and governance committee, will succeed Bob Hull as chairman of the company’s board on May 3, 2025.
